Sanders Service is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in quality work and values a team-oriented, drama-free shop. If you're dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel-powered trucks and equipment

• Perform engine, chassis, brake, and electrical repairs

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently

• Communicate clearly with service advisor and customers

• Work independently while contributing to a strong team culture

 

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of diesel mechanic experience OR diesel technology degree

• Strong diagnostic skills (mechanical & electrical)

• Experience with trucks, buses, and diesel engines

• Valid CDL (or ability to obtain)

• Own basic tools (specialty tools provided)

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks safely

 

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday

• 8-hour shifts

• One Saturday per month
